STOP – before you go any further have you got:
1) Your ISAF Classification?
2) Your Member National Authority (Yachting Australia, US Sailing Etc) Number?
If not then your application WILL BE UNSUCCESFUL
For ISAF Classification go to: http://www.isaf.org/isafsailor/register.asp and complete the details. They will come back to you generally within 48 hours.
If you are not an MNA member then you need to contact your Club, State or National Authority to join.
